C.S. Balachander, a physically handicapped person is one brave man who battles not only with his day to day difficulties caused by his disability but also has a family to support. He has to support his sister who is mentally challenged, his aged mother, two children and wife.

He has appealed to Reachout to supply him with monthly provisions for feeding his family. His monthly income is only Rs.700/- which is hardly enough to support his entire family. Reachout appeals to kind hearted philanthropic souls to sponsor him for his monthly provisions which amounts to Rs.1000/- (Rupees thousand) only.
