Reachout is an organization, which has been inaugurated with the vision of aiding the poor in their struggle with the odds of life. It had stretched its arms into various fields such as child and adult education; self help groups, aiding the disabled etc.

Our country is filled with thousands of people struggling for day-to-day existence wherein any number of NGO's will still be able to help only a small portion of them. The major hurdle is the generation of funds to meet the requirements and overheads of running such an organization. Reachout also has the same hurdle to cross, which can be achieved only if we join hands with giant corporate like 'You', who are socially conscious and responsible. We wish to appeal to your esteemed organization to help us in marching towards our vision.

The following are the ways in which you can make a difference.

Every six months your organization could collect a voluntary sum of Rs. 30 (Rupees thirty) and above from each of your employees. If this could be enriched by an additional corporate donation and given to us, then we could make someone's life better on your behalf. All it would require on the part of your employees is to keep aside Rs. 100 per year for a noble cause.

In return we would be giving them authentic evidence of the happy faces of those who have received the help from them. In addition to this if the money you have given is used for any concrete objects like a mobile food stall, a STD booth, roof of a hut etc, then your corporate name would be painted on them. We would also be inviting a representative of your company for the inauguration of the same and felicitate you on a special occasion.

If our appeal meets with your approval, we can assure you of the genuinity of our organisation. You will be clearly given an update of all the activities for which your contribution will be used. Success Stories

A blind girls dream

Reachout as an organization has been on a tough track trying to help the disabled become self-sufficient. On keeping with this we have successfully found a sponsor for one Ms.Meenakshi Sundari, a visually impaired person who had approached us for help. The generous sponsorship of the staff and management of SSI limited has enabled us to help her open a PCO Booth in which she is planning to sell stationery also. The inauguration of this booth took place on 11th July 2003. On this day we were extremely happy to hand over an award to a representative of the sponsoring company. There is a saying that "When one door closes, another one opens"- which happened to Meenakshi. Thanks to the benevolent and generous people of SSI.
